Thanks for stopping by!

I'm a Chicago-based fine artist, wife, and mom to eleven-year-old twins and a sassy French Bulldog who keeps things interesting. I earned my degree in Special Education from Illinois State University and spent a decade teaching adult living and employability skills to teens and adults, an experience that continues to shape how I build community through my work today.

After becoming a mother, I made the leap into fine art full-time, blending my love of storytelling, connection, and craftsmanship into a business that feels both personal and scalable. What began as commissioned animal portraiture evolved into a broader collection of licensed artwork and prints—allowing me to expand creatively while building a more sustainable model behind the scenes.

Today, my work spans custom paintings, print collections, and watercolor workshops, all rooted in my belief that art should be lived with, gifted, and celebrated. My pieces are known for their whimsy and playful honesty—thoughtful, often nostalgic, and designed to mark life’s meaningful moments, from weddings and new babies to everyday joys. What excites me most right now is the freedom to explore new themes and translate them into cohesive collections. My upcoming Varsity Collection draws inspiration from sport, movement, and classic Americana—an extension of my recent (and slightly unexpected) dive into competitive tennis and my endless soccer mom duties. It’s a playful departure that still feels deeply personal, bridging my current life with my creative evolution.

In addition to studio work, I teach watercolor classes in my local community, creating space for others to slow down, connect, and rediscover their own creativity. Bringing people together through art remains at the core of everything I do. I am also an active supporter of animal welfare organizations throughout the Chicago area and continue to integrate charitable giving into my business wherever possible.

When I'm not painting, you can find me on the tennis court, near the water, experimenting in the kitchen, traveling with my family, or wishing I were better at golf.
